A Consultancy That Listens Before It Advises

garudadigas was founded in Bangkok in 2019 by a group of business consultants and technologists who had grown frustrated with a common pattern: AI tools being sold to organisations before anyone had stopped to understand what those organisations actually needed.

Our approach begins with observation. Before recommending anything, we spend time understanding how your teams work, where their energy goes, and which parts of the customer journey feel the most strained. Then we look at what AI-assisted solutions can genuinely address — not what's currently trending.

The name draws from the Garuda — Thailand's emblem of strength and purposeful action. We interpret that spirit in a modern context: moving with precision, not haste. Digital transformation should feel like an extension of an organisation's values, not a disruption to them.

We work primarily with mid-sized Thai enterprises across hospitality, retail, and professional services — sectors where human relationship remains central, and where AI's role should support rather than replace that.

The Place of AI in Thai Business

At garudadigas, we take these realities seriously. An AI system that works in a European call centre may not translate to a Thai hospitality context without significant adaptation.
